Hikvision DS-1227ZJ - Ceiling Mount Bracket for Dome Camera

The Hikvision DS-1227ZJ is a genuine Hikvision ceiling mounting bracket, fixing a dome camera to a flat ceiling or soffit with the cable run enclosed behind it.

Who is it for?

Indoor ceilings, canopies, car park soffits and covered entrances — anywhere the camera goes overhead rather than on a wall. It gives the camera a solid, level base to sit on and hides the cable tails and connectors behind the mount instead of leaving them looped above a suspended tile.

On plasterboard and tiled ceilings it also spreads the load, which stops the camera sagging or pulling out of true over time.

What you'll need with it

• A matching camera. Hikvision brackets are model-specific — the fixing pattern and neck diameter must line up with the camera base. Send us your camera model and we will confirm before you order.
• Fixings suited to the ceiling — plasterboard, concrete and timber each need something different, and a plasterboard fixing rated for the camera's weight is worth getting right.
• A cable route above the ceiling, or conduit if the run is surface-mounted.

Can I use it on a sloped ceiling?

This one is for flat surfaces. For a pitched or sloped ceiling you want an inclined mount such as the DS-1240ZJ or DS-1259ZJ.

Is it suitable outdoors?

It is designed for sheltered positions. For fully exposed installations, ask us and we will point you at the weatherproof options.
