Zenith Remote Support

We understand it is not always simple and straight forward to connect your CCTV system to your network and configure it so you can view it from anywhere in the world. This is why we offer remote login service and assist you in the technical set up for remote access of your CCTV System on multiple platforms (Windows PC/Android/iPhone/iPad).

This is a completely FREE service for Zenith Security Co. customers within the first 12 months of their purchase

Please always beware that if you are NOT a Zenith Security Co. customer or you are outside of the 12 month purchase period, then this service is charged at a flat rate of £50 incl. VAT

To do this you will need to click on the above Teamviewer download link (from a Windows based PC / Laptop), then allow Teamviewer to install on your computer. Once installed successfully, call the Zenith Security Co. Technical team with your Teamviewer ID and Password to hand for us to take control of your desktop and start the configuration process with you.

This can be a fairly time consuming process, and you will need to arrange this with us before downloading the app, so we can arrange a mutually convenient time for both of us and discus any questions you may have about the process.

Please complete the below Remote Support Request form to instigate the support request and we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss and get you booked in.

NOTE: We can only offer this service to people with a Windows based PC/Laptop
