Fisheye cameras use a single ultra-wide lens to cover a whole room from one position — a 180° wall view or a full 360° ceiling view — instead of several fixed cameras. Software "dewarps" the curved image into normal-looking views for live monitoring and playback. These are HD analogue fisheye cameras that record over coaxial cable to a DVR, so they suit open-plan retail, offices, receptions and warehouses on an existing coax system. Zenith Security Co stocks Hikvision Turbo HD fisheye cameras at trade prices, with delivery from our multi-million pound warehouse.
Is a fisheye right for the space?
- Best for — open areas with a central mounting point and no pillars blocking the view.
- Coverage — 360° ceiling mount for a whole room; 180° for a wall or corridor.
- Detail — one wide view trades close-up detail at the edges; pair with a bullet at an entrance for faces.
Prefer a network system? See our IP cameras. Hikvision prices are shown to trade-account holders once signed in — apply for a trade account or call 01902 902251. Orders placed before 2:30pm are normally dispatched for delivery within 1–2 working days to England, Scotland and Wales, or collect from our Wolverhampton trade counter (please call first).
