DoorBell is Ajax's wired video doorbell. It shows who's at the door in the Ajax app, lets you talk to the visitor, and can join an Ajax hub so it works alongside the rest of the alarm. It comes in white, grey, graphite and black.

What does DoorBell do?
- Picture: video up to 2688 × 1520 pixels with a 155° horizontal view and infrared up to 6 m.
- Detection: a PIR sensor plus AI picks out people, pets and vehicles.
- Audio and storage: two-way audio with noise suppression and echo cancellation. Video can be stored on an Ajax NVR or in Ajax Cloud storage.
How is it powered and connected?
- Power: 12–24 V DC or 16–24 V AC. BellKit comes in the box for connecting an existing wired chime, and with a chime it needs a 3 A DC or 10 VA AC supply.
- Backup: a built-in 600 mAh battery covers short power cuts and warms the unit in cold weather.
- Connection: Wi-Fi to the internet, plus Jeweller and Wings radio to an Ajax hub. It is rated IP54, and Ajax advises against fitting it in direct sunlight.
