IP cameras and recorders that share an app with your Ajax alarm.

Ajax cameras and NVRs are added to the same Ajax apps as the intruder alarm, so live view, recordings and alarm events sit in one place. The range covers the BulletCam, TurretCam and DomeCam Mini wired cameras, the IndoorCam Wi-Fi camera, Ajax NVRs, and the mounts and junction boxes to fit them.

Which Ajax camera should I choose?

What do the wired cameras offer?

  • Resolution: BulletCam, TurretCam and DomeCam Mini come in 5 MP and 8 MP versions, powered by PoE (802.3af/at) or 12 V.
  • AI detection: the cameras pick out people, pets and vehicles and support line-crossing, with 120 dB True WDR, a microphone and a microSD slot for cards up to 256 GB.
  • Built for outside: they are rated IP66 and IK08 and work from −30 °C to +60 °C.

How do the NVRs work?

  • Storage: NVR (8-ch) and NVR (16-ch) take one SATA drive of up to 16 TB and record Ajax cameras as well as ONVIF or RTSP cameras.
  • Local display: the NVR HAC models add an HDMI output for a monitor on site.
  • Alarm-linked video: Ajax detectors can start recording on chosen cameras, and the clip goes straight to the app and to the monitoring company. Ajax lists ONVIF Profile G and S conformance and NDAA compliance.

Where do IndoorCam and the mounts fit in?

  • IndoorCam: an indoor Wi-Fi camera with a PIR sensor, AI detection and two-way audio. It records to an Ajax NVR or Ajax Cloud storage.
  • Mounts and boxes: MountCam A2 wall mounts and JunctionBox (118×59) mounting boxes hide the cabling. MountCam mounts don't fit BulletCam HLVF.
