Who is this mini dome + PIR bullet kit for?
A mixed coax (HD-TVI) kit for a property that needs two kinds of camera: discreet 1080p mini domes with 20m infrared for the porch, hallway or shop floor, and PIR alarm bullets for the exposed positions — rear garden, side passage, yard — where a strobe and siren on detection will stop an intruder rather than just film them. Both types run on standard RG59 coax to the 4-in-1 DVR, which also accepts AHD, CVI and analogue cameras and streams to the HiLookVision or Hik-Connect app. Choose the combination that matches your front-and-back layout; 4-channel kits take up to four cameras in total, 8-channel up to eight. All deterrent? The PIR alarm bullet kits. All discreet? The mini dome kits.
What you'll need with it
A surveillance-grade hard drive — from the options, fitted and formatted by us; 1–2TB for four cameras, 2–4TB for eight.
RG59 coax and 12V power to each camera, and a 12V multi-way PSU — the DVR does not power cameras.
A network cable from the DVR to your router for the app.
Frequently asked questions
Which camera goes where?
Domes inside or under cover where the camera may be within reach; PIR bullets outside where a visible deterrent and an alarm response are wanted.
Can the bullets' siren be silenced at night?
Yes — strobe and sound are configured separately on each camera.
Can I add more cameras later?
Yes, up to the DVR's channel count — any TVI, AHD, CVI or analogue camera.
