Ajax Kit 22 S - Superior Photo Verification Alarm Kit with Hub 2 (2G) Jeweller, White
Kit 22 S is an Ajax wireless alarm kit built around photo verification. Its two Superior MotionCam (PhOD) Jeweller detectors each have a small camera with infrared light, so when one is triggered you get a short series of photos in the Ajax app and can see what set it off before you decide what to do. The kit also has a Hub 2 (2G) Jeweller control panel, a Superior DoorProtect Jeweller opening detector, two SpaceControl key fobs, an outdoor siren and an indoor siren. Detectors and sirens run on batteries and use the encrypted Jeweller radio, with photos sent over the separate Wings channel. Every device in the box is certified to Security Grade 2. This listing is the white kit.
Also listed as 109846 (white) and as Kit22 S or Kit 22 Superior.

Common questions
How does photo verification work?
When an armed Superior MotionCam (PhOD) Jeweller detects movement, it takes a series of photos and the hub sends them to the Ajax app over the Wings radio channel. You can see who or what caused the alarm before you act. Users with the right permissions can also ask for a photo on demand.
Will the cameras work in the dark?
Yes. Each detector has infrared lighting for night photos and low light.
Is there a keypad in the kit?
No. The kit has two SpaceControl key fobs, and you can also arm and disarm from the Ajax app. A keypad can be added to the hub later.
Do the detectors take a constant video feed?
No. They take still photos, from 1 to 5 in a series depending on the resolution chosen, when an event or request triggers them.
