Ajax Kit 25 S - Hub 2 Plus Jeweller Wireless Alarm Kit with Photo Verification
Kit 25 S brings together the Hub 2 Plus Jeweller control panel and two Superior MotionCam (PhOD) Jeweller detectors, so an alarm arrives in the Ajax app with photos of the room that set it off. Each detector has a camera with infrared lighting for the dark, and can also take a picture on request or on a schedule once those options are switched on. Hub 2 Plus connects over Ethernet, Wi-Fi and two SIM slots that cover 2G, 3G and LTE, all running at once, and has room for up to 200 devices and 200 users, so the system can grow well past the kit. A door contact, a touch keypad, an indoor siren and an outdoor siren complete the set. Supplied in white.

Works with
Other Ajax Jeweller devices, including Superior and Baseline detectors, keypads, key fobs and sirens, up to the hub's limit of 200 devices. Ajax Pass cards and Tag fobs work with the keypad, and more MotionCam detectors can be added for photo verification in other rooms.
Common questions
How is Kit 25 S different from Kit 23 S?
Both have two Superior MotionCam (PhOD) Jeweller detectors, a keypad, a door contact and two sirens. Kit 25 S uses the Hub 2 Plus Jeweller, which adds Wi-Fi and 3G/LTE SIM support and takes up to 200 devices; Kit 23 S uses the Hub 2 (2G) Jeweller, which takes up to 100.
How quickly do the alarm photos arrive?
Ajax quotes up to 7 seconds at 160 × 120 px, up to 9 seconds at 320 × 240 px (the default) and up to 20 seconds at 640 × 480 px.
Do the cameras record video?
No. The MotionCam detectors take still photos only: on alarm, and, if you switch these features on, on request, on a schedule, by scenario or on arming.
Will pets set off the detectors?
The Superior MotionCam (PhOD) Jeweller detectors can be set to ignore animals up to 20 kg in weight and 50 cm tall. Ajax recommends fitting them at 2.4 m.
Can it report to an alarm receiving centre?
Yes. The hub supports SIA (DC-09), SurGard (Contact ID) and ADEMCO 685, as well as push notifications, SMS and calls to users.
