DoubleButton Jeweller is a small two-button hold-up device for an Ajax alarm, for places such as a shop counter, a reception desk or a bedside. An alarm is only raised when both buttons are pressed together, and a raised plastic divider sits between them, so a knock or a single press does nothing. The alarm goes to the hub over the two-way Jeweller radio, at up to 1,300 m in open space, and from there to the Ajax apps and a monitoring station if one is used. A light on the button confirms that the command has reached the hub. It runs for up to 5 years on the CR2032 cell supplied fitted. Choose white or black above.

Ajax Jeweller hubs and range extenders, such as Hub 2 (2G) Jeweller. To fix it to a desk, wall or counter, Ajax recommends its Holder mount for Button and DoubleButton (sold separately).

Common questions

How does it stop false alarms?

Both buttons have to be pressed at the same time, and a raised divider sits between them, so a single accidental press does not raise an alarm.

Can it control lights or other automation?

It is a hold-up device only. An alarm from it can start an alarm scenario set up in the Ajax app.

How do I know the alarm has been sent?

The button lights up to confirm the command has reached the hub. The brightness can be changed in the Ajax apps.

Can it be fixed under a desk?

Yes. Ajax recommends the Holder mount, sold separately, for fixing DoubleButton to a surface.

Is there any difference between 38103 and 38102?

Only the colour: 38103 is white and 38102 is black. Both are DoubleButton Jeweller with the same specification.
