Ajax Superior MultiTransmitter Fibra - Wired 18-Zone Integration Module (143636)
Superior MultiTransmitter Fibra connects up to 18 third-party wired detectors and devices to an Ajax system that uses the Fibra wired bus. It sits on a Fibra line from a hybrid hub, using a 4-core cable that can run up to 2,000 m, and reports each zone's alarms, faults and tamper events to the hub. That suits sites taking over an existing wired installation, or new Grade 3 systems where cabling is preferred. It runs from the mains, takes a 12 V backup battery inside its casing, and has separate outputs to power wired detectors and fire detectors. This listing is the white cased version.

Ajax hubs with Fibra lines: Superior Hub Hybrid (2G), Superior Hub Hybrid (4G), Superior Hub Hybrid 2 and Superior MegaHub. On the wired side it accepts third-party detectors, contacts and other devices with NC or NO outputs.
Common questions
What is the difference from MultiTransmitter Jeweller?
Both take 18 wired zones. Superior MultiTransmitter Fibra connects to the hub by cable over Fibra and is certified to Grade 3. MultiTransmitter Jeweller connects by Jeweller radio and is Grade 2.
Which hubs does it work with?
Hubs with Fibra lines: Superior Hub Hybrid (2G), Superior Hub Hybrid (4G), Superior Hub Hybrid 2 and Superior MegaHub. It does not work with wireless-only hubs.
Can it power fire detectors?
Yes. It has a separate supply for fire detectors at 10.5-15 V DC, up to 0.4 A, as well as up to 1 A in total for other wired devices.
Does it need a battery?
It runs from the mains. The casing takes a 12 V backup battery of up to 7 Ah, which is not included.
Can it be fitted outside?
No. Ajax designs it for indoor use only, at -10 °C to +40 °C.
