You need a recorder that accepts TVI, AHD, CVI or CVBS input, such as an XVR or DVR, plus coax or suitable video cable to the BNC output. Power is DC 12 V (±25%) through a 5.5 mm power interface, with a maximum draw of 3.2W, so plan a suitable 12 V supply. Add surveillance hard drives to the recorder for storage.
