The DH-SD6AL445GB-HNV-IR is Dahua's long-range WizMind PTZ, with 45x optical zoom and IR illumination rated to 300m — well beyond the 25-32x SD4/SD5A ranges — for sites where the camera needs to identify detail at genuinely long distance.
Who is it for?
Very large sites — ports, airports, industrial estates, long boundary lines — where 25x or 32x zoom doesn't reach far enough and the camera needs to both see and illuminate targets several hundred metres away.

Frequently asked questions
Why is the IR range so much longer than other PTZ models?
It uses 7 dedicated IR illuminators and a longer 177.7mm maximum focal length, purpose-built for genuinely long-distance identification rather than general-purpose area coverage.
What power does it need?
Hi-PoE from a compatible switch, or a dedicated 36VDC supply — standard PoE+ is not sufficient for this camera's draw.
Is it weatherproof?
It carries TVS 6000V lightning, surge and voltage transient protection; check with us for the exact ingress rating for very exposed sites.
