What you will need

Power it from 12 V DC (±25%) with the Ø5.5 mm coaxial plug, or from an IEEE 802.3at (PoE+) port; maximum consumption is 18 W. It has one 10M/100M/1000M RJ45 port, so use suitable network cable. For storage, add a MicroSD card (up to 512 GB) or record to a compatible NVR with surveillance hard drives. A PoE switch with an 802.3at port avoids a separate power supply.
