This camera is for fixed positions where you want a wide view and the ability to speak from the camera. It is rated IP67 and IK10 and works from -30°C to 60°C, so it is suitable for outdoor use. The fixed 2.8 mm lens gives a 101.1° horizontal field of view. Uniview's DORI figures for this lens are 63.0 m to detect, 25.2 m to observe, 12.6 m to recognise and 6.3 m to identify.

For dark scenes it has two light sources: 850 nm infrared and a warm light, each with a 30 m illumination distance and each switchable between auto and manual. Minimum illumination is 0.002 lux in colour (F1.6, AGC on) and 0 lux with the light on. WDR is 130 dB, which helps where bright and dark areas share one scene.

The speaker, dual microphones and two-way audio let the camera play sound and listen at its position. It has one alarm input and one alarm output, and smart intrusion prevention covering cross line, intrusion, enter area and leave area detection with human, non-motor vehicle and vehicle classification.

What you will need

Power is IEEE 802.3af PoE or 12 V DC (±25%) through a Ø5.5 mm coaxial plug, with a maximum draw of 8.5 W. A PoE camera on a recorder's built-in PoE ports needs no separate switch; otherwise use a PoE switch with a free 802.3af port. The network port is 10/100 M Ethernet, so run network cable. For recording, connect it to an NVR and add surveillance hard drives, or fit your own microSD card (up to 512 GB) for edge storage.
