Power it from an 802.3af port on a PoE switch or an NVR's built-in PoE ports, or from a 12 V DC supply; the camera draws up to 8.5 W. Add an NVR that matches an 8MP stream, and a microSD card (up to 512 GB) if you want on-camera recording. Use network cable for the run.
