The XVR302-32Q4 is a Uniview XVR digital video recorder from the XVR302-Q4 series, taking 32 analogue cameras over BNC plus 4 IP cameras. It has two SATA interfaces for recording storage.
What the XVR302-32Q4 is for
The XVR302-32Q4 suits sites that already run, or are adding, analogue cameras over coaxial cable. Uniview lists AHD, TVI and CVI input at up to 8MP as well as CVBS input, so different analogue camera types can share one recorder. The 4 IP channels let you add network cameras alongside them.
Recording resolutions listed run from D1, 720P and 1080P up to 4MP, 5MP and Lite modes for 3K and 8MP, and the frame rate depends on the mode chosen, so check the datasheet if you need a specific resolution on all 32 analogue channels. Incoming network bandwidth is 80Mbps and outgoing is 160Mbps. Two SATA interfaces each take a drive of up to 16 TB. Uniview lists NDAA compliance as supported.

What you will need
Add surveillance hard drives, as none are listed as included: see surveillance hard drives, up to two drives of up to 16 TB each. The recorder runs from a DC 12 V/5 A supply. Analogue cameras connect over coaxial cable to the BNC inputs, so match them to the AHD, TVI, CVI or CVBS inputs (HD analogue cameras). The specification lists no PoE ports, so any IP cameras need a PoE switch or their own power. Tell us the cameras you plan to use and we will check.
