The Dahua DH-XVR5104C-4KL-I3 (also written XVR5104C-4KL-I3) is a 4 channel Penta-brid 4K WizSense DVR: a hybrid CCTV recorder that auto-detects HDCVI, AHD, TVI and CVBS cameras and also records IP cameras, so an existing coax system can be upgraded camera by camera. - A surveillance-grade hard drive (1 SATA bay, up to 16 TB): choose one from the Hard Drive option on this page, or fit your own.
- HDCVI, AHD, TVI or CVBS cameras with coax cabling, and/or IP cameras.
- An HDMI or VGA monitor for setup and local viewing.

What does Penta-brid mean?

How many IP cameras can it take?
Up to 8 when IP extension is enabled (4 default plus 4 converted analog channels). Dahua notes some AI functions cannot be used with IP extension enabled.

One SATA port, up to 16 TB; the limit varies with environment temperature.
