The Dahua ARD323-W2(868) is a wireless door/window magnetic contact sensor that uses a reed switch to detect when a non-metal door or window is opened, with a movement distance of under 40 mm. It communicates over the 868 MHz band using two-way, AES128-encrypted, frequency-hopping wireless technology for a stable and secure link back to the alarm hub.
Who is it for?
This contact sensor is designed to be paired with a compatible Dahua wireless alarm hub as an entry-point detector for doors and windows within a wireless intruder alarm system. Real-time status updates and alarm event notifications are pushed to the DMSS app when the system is armed, making it suitable for both domestic and light commercial installations where discreet perimeter protection is needed.
