Who is the NS-0505D for?

A plain 5-port Gigabit desktop switch — no PoE — for splitting one network connection into several. In a CCTV context it is the box that sits by the router or NVR when you’ve run out of LAN ports: NVR, monitor PC, Wi-Fi access point and a printer all on one small, silent switch.
