Who is the NS-0505P-35 for?

A 4-port Gigabit PoE switch with a Gigabit uplink and a 35W budget — the small switch to choose when the cameras share a network with other things. Gigabit on every port means the switch can sit in a home or office network without slowing anything down, and it will carry 4K or 12MP camera streams without a second thought. Use it to add up to four standard HiLook cameras to a full NVR, or to bridge cameras more than 100m from the recorder. For camera-only runs where Gigabit isn’t needed, the Fast Ethernet NS-0106P-35 costs less; for 8 Gigabit PoE ports, the NS-0510P-58; without PoE, the NS-0505D.
