Who is the NS-0508D for?

An 8-port Gigabit desktop switch without PoE — for the equipment end of a CCTV system rather than the camera end. Use it where the NVR, a monitoring PC, a second NVR, access points and other office devices need connecting to one router port, or to link a PoE camera switch back into a home or office network. Silent, fanless, plug and play. It does not power cameras; for camera runs use a PoE model such as the NS-0510P-58. Only need a few ports? The NS-0505D.
