Who is the IPC-B620HA-Z for?

A 2MP bullet with a motorised 2.8–12mm lens and a long 50m infrared range. It is the budget answer to "I need to see a long way": at 12mm and with 50m IR it will show you the far end of a yard, a long access road or the back of a car park at night, where a fixed 2.8mm camera would show a wide, useless view. Full-HD resolution keeps the price and storage down. If you need to read plates or identify faces at that distance, the 5MP IPC-B650H-Z records more than twice the detail; for a covered or within-reach position the IPC-D620HA-Z is the dome version.

The infrared reaches about 50m; combined with the 12mm zoom that's enough to see a person at the far end of most yards and car parks. Beyond 50m the scene goes dark.

Is it a PTZ?
