This is HiLook's "do something about it" camera: 8MP (4K) ColorVu detail, colour at night, a built-in microphone and speaker, and active deterrence — when a person or vehicle enters an area you've drawn, the camera flashes its strobe and plays a warning tone or your own recorded message. It suits places where you want to stop an intruder rather than just record them: side gates, yards, shop rears, car parks, building sites and rural properties. The 4K sensor also lets you cover a wide area from one position and still crop to a face or plate. Bullet version: IPC-B180HA-LUF/SL. For 12MP with the same deterrence, the IPC-T2120HAP-LUF/SL. If you don't need the strobe and speaker, the IPC-T289H-MU is the plain 4K ColorVu turret.

What you'll need with it
