Who is the PTZ-N4215-DE3 for?

A 2MP IP speed dome with 15× optical zoom and 120dB WDR, but without infrared LEDs. That makes it the PTZ for places that are already lit at night — a covered car park, a shopping arcade, a warehouse or factory floor, a floodlit yard, a stadium concourse — where IR would be wasted and the strong WDR matters more for handling bright lights and dark corners in the same frame. It patrols between presets and is steered live from the app or NVR. If your site goes dark at night, choose the PTZ-N4215I-DE, which is the same camera with 100m IR.
