Who is the PTZ-T4215-D3 for?

A 2MP HD-TVI speed dome with 15× optical zoom and 120dB WDR, without infrared — the coax PTZ for areas that are lit at night: covered car parks, warehouses, retail floors, arcades, floodlit yards. Strong WDR handles the mix of bright lighting and shadow those spaces produce, and 15× zoom moves from an overview to a face or plate at 60m+. Steer it live or run patrol presets from the DVR or app; control travels over the coax. If the area is unlit after dark, the PTZ-T4215I-D adds 100m IR. Building a new IP system?
