The Uniview IPC3618LE-ADF28KC-DL is an 8MP fixed eyeball network camera with a 2.8 mm lens and a dual-light illuminator that combines infrared and warm light. It has a built-in microphone and speaker for two-way audio.

What the IPC3618LE-ADF28KC-DL is for

The IPC3618LE-ADF28KC-DL records at up to 8MP with a 98.7° horizontal field of view from its 2.8 mm fixed lens. Its 1/2.8" sensor has a colour minimum illumination of 0.005 Lux, and the WDR figure is 120 dB.

For low light it carries both an infrared and a warm-light illuminator, each rated at 30 m, with auto or manual control. Uniview's datasheet title names ColorHunter, and the file lists Smart IR support. The IP67 rating and -30°C to 60°C working range make it suitable for outdoor use.

Built-in mic and speaker with two-way audio let you speak through the camera. Uniview's DORI figures for this lens are 87.0 m to detect and 8.7 m to identify.

What you will need

Power it from an 802.3af PoE port (a PoE switch or the PoE port of a compatible NVR) or from a 12 V DC supply, which is not included; maximum draw is 5.2 W without the speaker. Use a network cable for the run. For local recording add a microSD card (up to 512 GB), or record to an NVR.
