What you will need

Power the camera over PoE (IEEE 802.3af) from a PoE switch or a recorder's built-in PoE port, or use a 12 V DC supply with the Ø5.5 mm plug. Recording needs an NVR with enough channels and bandwidth for 8MP streams, or a MicroSD card of up to 512 GB. Add surveillance hard drives to the recorder and suitable network cable. The network port is 10/100 Mbps.
