Power it from a PoE port (IEEE 802.3af, maximum draw 6.2 W) or a 12 V DC supply with a 5.5 mm coaxial plug. Use a PoE switch or an NVR with built-in PoE ports, plus network cable. Add a MicroSD card (up to 512 GB) if you want edge recording, or record to an NVR that supports Uniview cameras.
