The Dahua DH-IPC-HDBW2449F-AS-E2-IL (also written IPC-HDBW2449F-AS-E2-IL) is a WizSense 2 Series dual-directional dome IP CCTV camera with two independent 4MP channels in one metal housing. Each lens can be panned from -90° to 90°, so a single camera can cover two directions, such as both ways along a corridor or two sides of a building. Smart Dual Light, human and vehicle detection, a built-in microphone and audio and alarm connections are included, and it runs on PoE+ or 12 VDC.

Common questions
What does dual-directional mean?
The camera has two separate 4MP channels whose lenses can each be panned from -90° to 90°, so one camera can watch two different directions at once.
How does it see at night?

Which lens does it have?
Dahua lists 2.8 mm and 3.6 mm fixed lenses. Please contact us for a specific lens.
What power does it need?
It needs PoE+ (802.3at) or 12 VDC and uses up to 15.8 W on PoE, so a standard 802.3af port may not be enough. With both connected it keeps running if one source is removed.
Is it waterproof, and will it work with a recorder that is not Dahua?
Yes, it is IP67 and IK10 rated. It supports ONVIF Profile S, G and T for compatible third-party recorders; note that it uses two recorder channels, one per view.
