The NSW3000-16T1GT1GC-POE-IN is a Uniview cloud managed Ethernet PoE switch. Its 16 PoE ports supply IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at power, so PoE IP cameras can be run from one switch over ordinary network cable.
What the NSW3000-16T1GT1GC-POE-IN is for
This switch suits a group of PoE cameras in one location, with 16 PoE ports and a 250 W total budget. A single port can supply up to 30 W, but the budget is shared, so add up the draw of every camera against the 250 W. The PoE ports run at 10/100 Mbps, so check your camera streams fit within that.
The one gigabit RJ45 port and the gigabit combo port provide uplink options. In the switch software you can view PoE status and power, enable or disable PoE, discover connected video devices and generate a network topology. It supports up to 32 VLANs, port rate limiting and broadcast storm control.

What you will need
You need PoE or PoE+ (802.3af or 802.3at) cameras or other devices for the PoE ports, network cable for each run, and a mains supply of 100 V to 240 V AC, 50/60 Hz.
