These Ajax devices join an Ajax hub over Jeweller radio and sit next to the alarm in the Ajax apps. Use them to switch appliances and circuits, cut off the water when a leak is found, or keep an eye on room temperature, humidity and CO2. Each one can be tied into scenarios, so the system acts on its own, for example closing a WaterStop valve when a LeaksProtect detector finds water.

Which device switches power?
- Relay Jeweller: a volt-free contact you can set as normally open or normally closed. It handles up to 13 A resistive at 110–230 V AC, or 5 A at 24 V DC. The DIN Holder clips it onto a 35 mm DIN rail.
- WallSwitch Jeweller: a mains power relay that switches up to 13 A (3 kW resistive at 230 V) and reports the energy used. Ajax advises that an electrician fits it.
- Socket (type G) Jeweller: a UK 3-pin plug-in smart socket for loads up to 13 A, with an energy monitor and cut-outs for overcurrent, high or low voltage and overheating.
How does Ajax deal with water leaks?
- LeaksProtect Jeweller: a flood detector with contacts on all four sides that reacts within 0.15 seconds. It is rated IP65 and runs on 2 × AAA batteries, for up to 5 years.
- WaterStop Jeweller: a battery-powered motorised shut-off valve in ½" (DN 15), ¾" (DN 20) and 1" (DN 25) sizes with BSP parallel female threads. A lever lets you shut the water by hand, and Ajax says a plumber should fit the valve.
What does LifeQuality measure?
- LifeQuality Jeweller: CO2 from 400 to 10,000 ppm, plus temperature to ±0.2 °C and humidity to ±1.8%, with charts in the app.
- Scenarios: when a level goes outside the range you set, the hub can switch a relay or socket, for example to run a fan.
