The Ruijie Reyee RG-NBS3100-24GT4SFP-V2 is a 28-port Gigabit Layer 2 cloud managed switch without PoE. It has 24 Gigabit RJ45 ports and four SFP uplinks.
What the RG-NBS3100-24GT4SFP-V2 is for
Ruijie describe this as a non-PoE model in the RG-NBS3100 range, with enterprise-class quality and multiple security policies. It has 56 Gbps of switching capacity, and supports VLAN, link aggregation and IGMP snooping.
IP camera recognition is included, a feature Ruijie aim at CCTV networks, but the switch does not power cameras because it has no PoE. Choose it where devices have their own power supplies or where PoE comes from elsewhere. Management is through Ruijie Cloud, with zero-touch provisioning and VLAN setup from the Ruijie Cloud app. It is rated for 0°C to +50°C.

What you will need
A power cord is supplied with the switch, along with mounting brackets, foot pads and screws. Devices that need PoE need another source, such as a PoE switch like the RG-NBS3100-24GT4SFP-P-V2 or PoE injectors. You need network cable for each device, and 1G SFP modules if you want to use the four SFP uplinks for fibre, as they are not SFP+ ports.

No. It is the non-PoE version, and Ruijie's specification lists PoE watchdog as not supported. Its PoE sibling is the RG-NBS3100-24GT4SFP-P-V2.
How many ports does the RG-NBS3100-24GT4SFP-V2 have?
It has 24 Gigabit RJ45 ports and 4 Gigabit SFP ports, 28 in total. There are no combo ports, so the SFP slots are separate.
Can the RG-NBS3100-24GT4SFP-V2 take 10G SFP+ modules?
