The RG-NBS3300-16MG4XS-HP is a 16-port multi-gigabit Layer 2+ managed switch. Its sixteen RJ45 ports run at up to 2.5G, four supply PoE++ and twelve supply PoE+, and four SFP+ ports carry 10G uplinks.

You need SFP+ modules or direct-attach cables for the four 10G uplink ports, as none are listed with the switch. Use suitable Ethernet cable to the 2.5G ports, and check each powered device against the port class it needs: PoE++ ports for high-power devices, PoE+ for up to 30 W.
