The Ruijie Reyee RG-NIS3100-8GT4SFP-HP is a Layer 2 industrial switch from Ruijie's RG-NIS3100 series. It has eight Gigabit PoE+ ports and four Gigabit SFP ports, with a 240 W PoE budget.

Ruijie describe the RG-NIS3100 series as true industrial-grade switches specially designed for harsh environments. This model is rated for -40°C to +65°C in a sealed cabinet, rising to +80°C with at least 400 LFM ventilation, and offers IP40 protection against 1 mm objects in dusty conditions plus 8 kV ESD protection. What you will need
A separate DC power supply is required: Ruijie state that a power adapter is not included, and the switch accepts 12-56 V DC. Size it for the switch and the PoE devices you connect. There are no PoE++ ports, so devices drawing more than 30 W need another power source. The four SFP ports are 1GE, so you need 1G SFP modules for fibre, not 10G SFP+ modules, and network cable for the RJ45 ports.
