Ruijie's page places the RG-CS86 series in enterprise campus networks, and this model's title describes multi-gigabit access with PoE++. The 24 RJ45 ports run at 100M, 1G, 2.5G or 5G, which suits powered devices such as access points whose network port runs faster than 1G, and the four 10GE/25GE SFP28 ports give higher-speed links to the rest of the network.
Ports 1 to 24 all support PoE, PoE+ and PoE++ (IEEE 802.3af/at and 802.3bt), and each port can supply up to 90 W over four pairs. What you will need
Only a mains supply: the power supply is built in (100 V AC to 240 V AC), so no power module needs buying. Beyond that you need PoE devices that fit within the 370 W total, cabling suited to the 2.5G or 5G speed you plan to run on each port, and modules or cables for any of the four SFP28 ports you use. Tell us the devices, cable type and run lengths and we will check them, or compare our PoE switches if you need a different port count.
