RG-NBS7006 — Modular Layer 3 Cloud Managed Switch Chassis
The Ruijie Reyee RG-NBS7006 is a modular Layer 3 cloud managed switch chassis with four power slots and two fans. It is supplied without power module or line cards, so the ports and power you fit are chosen and ordered separately.
What the RG-NBS7006 is for
Ruijie position the RG-NBS7006 as a chassis switch designed for SMB scenarios. It accepts 7 types of line card, up to 96 ports of full 10 Gigabit, and Ruijie say it can connect up to 4000 terminal devices or 2000 IP cameras (2 MP H.265). Those figures are higher than Ruijie give for the RG-NBS7003.
It has 1.92 Tbps switching capacity with 32,000 MAC address and 8,000 ARP table entries. Four power slots and two fans provide redundancy, and Virtual Cluster Switching (VCS) gives service failover within 500 ms. SON zero-touch provisioning brings it onto Ruijie Cloud, and VLANs can be configured in the Ruijie Cloud app.

You need line cards and power modules, ordered separately: the chassis excludes both, and its port count depends on the line cards you choose. Fit more than one power module if you want the redundancy the four power slots provide. Ruijie give the packaged size as 442 mm x 410 mm x 396 mm (marked 9U) and 31.25 kg, so plan rack space and handling.
