The RG-NBS3200-48GT4XS-P-V2 is a 48-port Gigabit Layer 2+ cloud managed PoE switch. It has 48 RJ45 ports with PoE+ and four 10GE SFP+ ports for uplinks, plus a PWM fan that Ruijie says is optimised for low noise.

What you will need
You need SFP+ modules or direct-attach cables for the four 10GE uplink ports, as none are listed with the switch. Ports supply PoE+ only, so devices drawing more than 30 W need a different power source. Standard Ethernet cable runs to each powered device.
