What you will need

A mains supply (the power supply is fixed inside the unit; maximum input current is 6 A), Cat5e or better network cable to each device, and PoE devices drawing no more than 30 W each and 370 W in total. The four SFP uplinks need SFP modules, bought separately; tell us what you want to link to and we will check.
