Ajax Superior KeyPad Fibra - Wired Touch Keypad
Superior KeyPad Fibra is a wired touch keypad for arming and disarming an Ajax system built on Fibra, the Ajax wired line. It connects to a hub with Fibra lines, such as Superior Hub Hybrid, over a 4-core cable up to 2,000 m long, and it is powered from that line, so there are no batteries to change. Each user can have a personal code, there is one general code, and a duress code lets a user disarm under threat while the system raises a silent alarm. The function button can be set to raise a panic alarm or to mute a fire alarm. Choose black or white above.
Also listed as 44400 (black) and 44401 (white). Ajax model ID KP.Y.F.

Common questions
Does it need batteries?
No. It is powered from the hub over the Fibra line, at 5-26 V DC. There are no batteries in the box.
How far from the hub can it be fitted?
A Fibra line can run up to 2,000 m using 4-core cable, so plan the cable route before fitting.
Will it work with Hub 2?
No. Hub 2 is a wireless hub with no Fibra lines. This keypad needs a hub with Fibra lines, such as Superior Hub Hybrid.
What happens if someone tries to guess a code?
After more than 3 wrong codes in 1 minute it locks for between 3 and 180 minutes. An installer or an admin user sets the lock time in the Ajax app.
What security grade is it?
Security Grade 3 and environmental class II under EN 50131, certified by TREZOR TEST s.r.o. It is for indoor fitting only (IP50, IK04).
