Dahua IPC-PDBW8802-A180 — 8MP 4x2MP 180 Degree Panoramic IR Dome IP CCTV Camera
The Dahua IPC-PDBW8802-A180 (written DH-IPC-PDBW8802-A180 in Dahua's datasheet) is a 4x2MP multi-sensor panoramic waterproof IR dome IP CCTV camera, which Dahua calls a network camera, from its Panoramic Series. Four 2MP sensors (8MP in total) work together to give a wide angle 180-degree panoramic view at up to 4096 × 1800, and Dahua says one camera can replace several single-sensor cameras. It has Starlight low-light technology and infrared night vision up to 30m, is rated IP67 and IK10, and is powered by PoE+ or AC 24V.
Also listed as DH-IPC-PDBW8802-A180.
Key features
- Four 1/1.9" 2MP progressive scan CMOS sensors give a 180-degree panoramic view (H 180°, V 80°), with a maximum of 25fps at 4096 × 1800.
- Fixed 5.0mm lens, F2.2. Each sensor can be adjusted for contrast and brightness, so the panorama stays clear.
- Dahua Starlight technology for usable colour video in low light, with 0.005 lux minimum illumination in colour.
- IR night vision up to 30m from 6 IR LEDs. Smart IR adjusts the LED intensity so close objects do not white out.
- H.265 and H.264 triple-stream encoding with Smart Codec (H.265+ and H.264+). Dahua says Smart Codec cuts bit rate and storage by up to 70% compared with standard compression.
- Intelligent Video System: tripwire, intrusion, abandoned and missing object detection, plus tamper detection, Heat Map and E-PTZ.
- Micro SD card slot up to 128GB, plus NAS storage.
- IP67 and IK10 rated, working from -40 °C to +60 °C.
