Hikvision DS-KD-ACW3/S Stainless Steel 3-Way Surface Mounting Bracket

The DS-KD-ACW3/S is the stainless steel three-module surface wall mounting bracket for Hikvision's DS-KD8003 modular door station range.

It fixes the door station to the face of the wall with an angled rain shield, as the plastic DS-KD-ACW3 does, but with a stainless steel cover over the installation frame. The larger the panel, the more it is worth specifying in steel: a three-module door station on a block or commercial entrance is a prominent, publicly accessible piece of hardware, and the frame edge is what takes the knocks.

Surface mounting is often the only realistic option on solid brick, stone or a period frontage, and the quicker route on retrofit work. Three-module size takes a DS-KD8003 camera module plus two of the keypad, card reader, nametag or display modules — the build you would expect where visitors and residents each need their own way in. Fit a DS-KD-BK blanking module in any unused slot. For a recessed finish in stainless, use the DS-KD-ACF3/S.
