The Hikvision DS-PT-M1 is a small MIFARE proximity tag for the AX PRO system — arm and disarm by holding it against the panel's own reader or a compatible tag-reading keypad, no PIN needed.

Rather than typing a PIN or pressing a keyfob button, a tag user simply holds this against the reader from 5 to 10 cm away. That makes it the natural choice for anyone who wants a quick, hands-free way to arm and disarm — and for issuing access to multiple people, since each tag can be added or removed from the system individually without changing a shared code.

Worth knowing before you order

It needs a reader to work. Every AX PRO panel has a built-in tag reader; some keypads add one too. This tag itself has no power source — it's read passively.

It needs an AX PRO panel. Part of the AX PRO system only, and not compatible with other manufacturers' access systems.

One tag per user is the normal way to issue access — buy as many as you have people to give access to, so each can be added or revoked individually rather than sharing one.
