Hikvision DS-PT061 AX PRO External Antenna

The Hikvision DS-PT061 is an external antenna for the AX PRO Ultra control panel, improving cellular signal strength wherever the panel's built-in antenna struggles.

When the built-in antenna isn't enough

A panel sited in a plant room, a metal-clad building, a basement or anywhere with poor cellular reception can struggle to hold a reliable GPRS connection for monitoring. This antenna, on a 3 m cable, lets you position the actual aerial somewhere with better signal — nearer a window or an external wall — while the panel itself stays where it's needed.

Wideband coverage

Covers 698–960 MHz and 1710–2700 MHz, the range used by UK cellular networks, so it supports the panel's GPRS fallback path across all the relevant bands.

Specification

• Compatibility: AX PRO Ultra 868 MHz control panels
• Frequency range: 698–960 MHz, 1710–2700 MHz
• Cable length: 3 m

Worth knowing before you order

Panel-specific. This is for the AX PRO Ultra range of panels — check compatibility with the specific panel model before ordering.

Worth it where GPRS matters. If the panel relies on ethernet or Wi-Fi as its primary path and GPRS is rarely needed, this is a lower priority than for a site depending on cellular monitoring.

Frequently asked questions

When would I need this?

Where the panel is sited somewhere with poor cellular signal — a plant room, basement, or metal-clad building — and GPRS is an important fallback or primary monitoring path.

How long is the cable?

3 metres, letting the antenna be positioned away from the panel itself.
