Ajax HomeSiren Jeweller - Wireless Indoor Siren
HomeSiren Jeweller is a compact wireless siren for inside the property. When the Ajax system raises an alarm it sounds at a level you choose between 80 and 100 dB, and its LED flashes so the alarm can be seen as well as heard. It can also give short tones for entry and exit delays and for arming and disarming, plus a chime when a door or window detector opens while the system is off. The siren talks to the hub over the two-way Jeweller radio and runs for up to five years on the two CR123A batteries that come fitted. Supplied in black.

Common questions
Can I fit it outside?
No. Ajax designs it for indoor use only (IP50), at -10 °C to +40 °C with humidity up to 75%. For outdoors, StreetSiren Jeweller is rated IP54.
How loud is it?
You set the level in the Ajax app, from 80 to 100 dB measured at 1 m. The alarm can run from 3 seconds up to 3 minutes.
How long do the batteries last?
Ajax calculates up to 5 years on the two CR123A batteries. They come fitted, so the siren is ready to pair straight from the box.
What is the LED connector for?
It lets you wire an extra 3 V LED to the siren, for example where the alarm light needs to be visible from another spot. The connector is in the box.
Where should it go?
Ajax recommends a height of 2.5 m or more. A tamper alarm is sent if someone removes it from the wall or from its mounting panel.
