Ajax StreetSiren DoubleDeck Jeweller - Wireless Outdoor Siren
StreetSiren DoubleDeck Jeweller is a wireless siren for Ajax Jeweller alarm systems, made to go on the outside of a building, though it can be fitted indoors too. It sounds at 85 to 113 dB with an LED light, and can show when the system is set or unset and when an entry or exit delay is running. The front has a clip lock for a Brandplate faceplate (sold separately), so an installer or alarm company can put their logo and phone number on the siren. It runs on four CR123A batteries, which Ajax rates for up to 5 years, and it can also be wired to an external 12 V supply. An accelerometer raises an alarm if someone tries to move it, shake it or pull it off the wall. Choose white or black above.

Works with
Ajax hubs and range extenders that use the Jeweller radio, including Hub 2 (2G) Jeweller, Hub 2 (4G) Jeweller, Hub 2 Plus Jeweller, Hub BP Jeweller and Superior Hub Hybrid 2. ReX 2 Jeweller can extend the radio range. Brandplate faceplates (sold separately) clip onto the front.
Common questions
What is the DoubleDeck part for?
The front has a clip lock that holds a Brandplate faceplate, so the siren can carry an installer or alarm company logo and contact details. Brandplates are sold separately.
How long do the batteries last?
Ajax calculates up to 5 years on the four pre-installed CR123A batteries. The siren can also be wired to an external 6-20 V DC supply (12 V nominal).
What happens if someone tries to take it down?
Opening the case sets off the tamper alarm, and the accelerometer reports any attempt to move, shake or remove the siren. The hub also reports the siren as lost if it stops answering for 36 seconds.
How loud is it?
You can set it from 85 to 113 dB at 1 m, with an alarm time from 3 seconds to 3 minutes.
Can it be fitted inside?
Yes. Ajax rates it for indoor and outdoor use. Fit it at 2.5 m or higher.
