Frequently asked questions

Do I need a 4K recorder to use it?

You'll only see full 4K detail from a recorder or PC with a 4K HDMI output. A Full HD recorder will still show a picture.

Does it have a VGA input?

No. It has three HDMI inputs, so use HDMI from your recorder.

Will it work with my Hikvision, HiLook or Dahua recorder?

Yes. Any recorder with an HDMI output will work, whatever the brand.

Does it come with a remote?

Yes, an IR remote control and a stand are included.

Do you install it?

No. We are a supplier, not an installer, and have been trading since 2012. We deliver within 1–2 working days to England, Scotland and Wales.
