Fike FIK-IR3-AS11 Triple IR Flame Detector
The Fike FIK-IR3-AS11 is a triple infrared (IR3) flame detector for hydrocarbon fires, whether the flame is visible or not. It responds to fires that build slowly and to sudden flare-ups alike, and Fike's false-alarm tests show no alarm from sources such as direct sunlight, arc welding, quartz lamps and heaters, so it suits outdoor and industrial sites.
This version has two M25 x 1.5 cable and conduit entries in a stainless steel 316 housing. It signals through volt-free alarm and fault relays, a stepped 0-20 mA current output or Modbus RTU over RS-485, and logs alarms, faults and other events to non-volatile memory for later review.

Mounting and accessories
The FIK-TMO-S01 stainless steel tilt mount (horizontal and vertical adjustment, fits above or below the detector) and the FIK-WCO-S01 stainless steel weather cover, used only in very hot or very cold sites, are ordered separately. Optional mounting adapters are available for retrofit installs.
Fire alarm systems should be designed, installed and commissioned by a competent person.
