Fike NSF100R-W-D Conventional Sounder VAD, White Flash, IP65, Red
The Fike NSF100R-W-D combines a sounder and an LED visual alarm device (VAD) in a single EN54-approved unit for conventional fire alarm systems. It suits places where a visual warning is needed alongside the audible alarm, such as offices, shops, hospitals, universities and commercial or industrial sites, and its low power draw is paired with a high light output. This version has a red body, a white flash and a deep base rated to IP65.
Like the rest of the NSF100 range, it installs with a first-fix base, so the base can be fitted and wired before the sounder is clipped on with its bayonet connection. DIL switches set one of 32 tones, high or low light output and a 1 or 2 second flash rate, and the volume can be reduced by up to 15 dB. On high output the white flash covers W-2.4-7.6 (138 m³) to EN54-23. Tones and flashes are fully synchronised, and the pre-alarm and alarm circuits each have their own reverse polarity monitoring. The NSF100R-W-S is the same device with a shallow base.
