The DS-KAB502-S2 is the back box for the DS-K1T502DBWX-C, DS-K1T502DBFWX-C and DS-K1T502DBWX-CQR terminals. On a solid wall or a gate post where the cable cannot be buried, it brings the terminal forward 22.8 mm and gives the Cat5e, lock and power cables a place to terminate. Hikvision's page describes it as a wall mounting box and gives only its dimensions.
