Uses Hikvision's CAM-X wireless technology rather than the standard Tri-X, at 868 MHz with AES-128 encryption, free-space range 800 m — shorter than a plain detector, reflecting the extra bandwidth needed to send image data.

Worth knowing before you order

Shorter radio range than a plain detector. 800 m against the 1.6 km of a standard AX PRO PIR — sending image data costs range. Check signal strength during installation on a larger site.
